Job Description

Role Summary:


Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes involving machining, assembly, and testing. Develops, and improves manufacturing methods, productivity, efficiency and analyzes and improves cost, by using specialized tools and techniques. Provides engineering support in production departments by trouble shooting and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Manufacturing Supervisors to achieve Flowserve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Design and refine work methods to enhance productivity.
  • Review ITP and Customer requirements and update routing.
  • Perform time study analysis for new developments to determine standard time.
