  • To be responsible for planning and directing the work and progress of operation.
  • To provide guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first‑line managers and supervisors. Communicate financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
  • To work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.
  • To achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans by implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and resolving problems.
