**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Transfer processes, products, lines and equipment.
- Define operating parameters from an engineering and operational standpoint.
- Design tooling, manufacturing drawings and assemblies applicable to Fromex needs.
- Validate product material structures, as well as time calculation and definition of routines.
- Implement productivity and efficiency measurement techniques, as well as improvements to process flows (layouts).
- Supervise processes and analyze failures to implement preventive actions.
- Develop and update when vital, product assembly and testing procedures.
- Elaborate manuals and training material as well as the delivery of courses.
