Production Process Optimization: Manage the entire operational lifecycle, ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and consistency. Develop, document, and standardize effective and safe procedures for every step from cutting to final assembly. Monitor run time accuracy across all machinery and implement corrective actions to meet efficiency goals. Select, install, and develop a maintenance plan for production machinery and evaluate automation opportunities.
