Manufacturing Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing support in new processes as Plant launches, restyling’s, CI collaboration, manufacturing procedures analysis.
• Supporting the technical project coordination in collaboration with Program Management, Mechanical, Hardware, Software Engineering, Foam, Trim (through the corresponding skill coordinators), Prototyping/Prototype Shop, DV-Testing, Quality Management and Manufacturing.
• Technical interface with the customer, the CBU and the suppliers including specifications definition and adjustment.
• Preparation, execution and documentation of technical reviews according to the PLUS process.
• Support the ccomplishment and/or cooperation of/to the realisation of quallity preventing procedures (e.g. D-FMEA, S-FMEA) by the engineering team.
• Formuation of concepts, engineering schedule plans and cost estimation.
