Overview:

We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing and manufacturing custom components and change parts. This role combines leadership with active engineering contribution in a production-focused environment.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, performing design, engineering, and assembly
• 2+ years leading or managing of three or more direct reports
• Strong SolidWorks & ERP + BOM experience (ideally Syteline or similar)
