Manufacturing it support engineer

This is atechnical support role inside a manufacturing plantthat produceselectronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards). The ideal candidate will act as abridge between production (factory) and IT systemsthat control the manufacturing process. This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon)Think of this role as: Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn't stop. You will: Support thesoftware used in the factory (MES systems) → These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc. Help with PCB manufacturing processes → Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues Troubleshoot issues in production systems → Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix it Work withdata (SQL) → Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc.) Handlelabeling systems (Bartender) → Make sure product labels (barcodes, serials) print correc...
