Manufacturing Reliability Technician

As a Manufacturing Reliability (MR) Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our Manufacturing Reliability and Continuous Improvement efforts by enabling measurable improvements across plant systems, processes, and performance. This hands on role supports efficiency, loss elimination, and capability building across shifts - helping ensure equipment and processes run safely, reliably, and consistently. The pay for this role is $25.65 (90% of listed classification the first 6 months), then $28.50 (100% of listed classification after 6 months) per CBA.
