Job Description

Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Marine Corp Training Program Manager in Quantico, VA.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business 

  • + years specialized experience with Marine Corp proposal writing running training program 

  • + Years running a training Program

  • Must have past or present Marine Corp service

  • + years program management experience and two (2) years of specialized experience in reviewing and processing BIs on applicants, employees, and contractors within the limits of agency designated authority. 

  • The PM shall be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the contract services with the COR/ACOR or TPOC. 

  • The Contractor’s technical proposal shall indicate who the proposed PM will be and include a resume for this individual.
