Marine Mechanical Engineer (Auxiliary), SME

THOR Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated expert-level Marine Mechanical Engineer with experience in shipboard auxiliary systems to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s Ship Design Team in Baltimore, MD. An ideal candidate will have prior experience with design, optimization, and integration of marine auxiliary and piping systems, ship machinery integration, cargo handling systems, and weight handling systems calculations and analyses, as well as familiarity with U.S. Federal or commercial shipbuilding programs, standards, and regulations.

This is a part-time position, anticipating approximately 10 hours per week.
