Job Responsibilities
- Define and track KPIs to assess cross‑segment campaign effectiveness across channels and touchpoints, encompassing brand awareness, perception, customer engagement, and market share metrics.
- Provide data visualization and reporting.
- Define reporting requirements and create and maintain dashboards for the team.
- Collaborate in defining the right business questions that are answerable by data and insights.
- Create and segment audience data for insights or campaign targeting use.
- Deliver analytical models if necessary, or project‑manage models through capability channels.
Hiring Requirements
- At least 5years of work experience in any quantitative/qualitative analytics discipline.
- Background in Marketing or Media; data science / media science is an advantage.
- Experience driving marketing performance in a dynamic business environment.
