Brief Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for tracking budgets, managing cooperative (co‑op) marketing claims, coordinating fleet logistics, and supporting communication and presentation materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Possible Tasks

Budget Tracking & Administration

  • Track and reconcile marketing budgets, including processing of estimates, invoices, and purchase orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and ensure alignment with corporate financial processes.
  • Support budget forecasting and provide regular updates to the marketing leadership team.
