- — Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and communication
- — Handle operational tasks like FBA shipments, inventory management, account health monitoring, and support cases
- — Analyse Amazon reports to identify trends and support performance improvements
- — Maintain strong organisation, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
