Job Description:

Responsible for developing and answering business questions at an intermediate level using scientific methods/techniques that use data to train algorithms and statistical models. Develop novel algorithms and solutions for R&D, product development, manufacturing and business operations. Apply intermediate knowledge of statistics, computer science, machine learning, programming, data modeling and simulation to address challenges across 3M. Gather, transform, and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use within business groups and across 3M.
