M&E Engineer/Coordinator

Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and project timeline.

Review and coordinate M&E drawings with Architectural, Structural, and Civil works to identify and resolve discrepancies or technical coordination issues.

Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, safety compliance, and manpower performance of M&E subcontractors.

Plan, organize, and conduct M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on all M&E technical and site coordination matters.

Ensure all M&E installations comply with standards, authority requirements, and approved construction drawings.

Provide technical support and site coordination for electrical, water supply, drainage, HVAC, fire protection, and other related M&E systems.
