M&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) works to ensure smooth integration with architectural and structural works. The role focuses on coordination, clash resolution, scheduling, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements to achieve timely and quality project delivery. (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, ELV) with architectural and structural works. Identify and resolve
design clashes and site coordination issues
before and during installation. Ensure M&E works are properly integrated with finishes, ceilings, shafts, risers, and plant rooms. 2.Drawings & Technical Review Review and coordinate
