**Job Description:**
The Mechanical Engineer is a key position within the Innovation & Marketing Team at Magnaflux (a division of ITW). The product lines include both capital equipment and accessories. The primary responsibilities of this role include working closely with cross functional teams, creating drawings for new products, and updating existing products. In addition, this role will interact with Product Mgmt. to support estimating and lead design for custom application capital equipment.
**Essential Job Responsibilities:**
+ Create drawings and designs for new products related to our capital equipment & accessories, as well as design changes or updates to existing products utilizing Solid Works
+ Ability to evaluate existing and new products, components, and applications, by creating test plans, and validating it meets all specifications and requirements defined within the project
