  • Provide necessary onsite customer support for troubleshooting and repair wafertransfer equipment
  • Ability to read and comprehend electrical and technical drawings is required.
  • Capable of analyzing problems and justifying them with the proper fundamental cause
  • Must be able to track and close any non-conformances by the customer’s deadlines
  • Define and implement a procedure to decrease the duplication of quality concerns
  • Ensure product quality and sustainability through internal control methods
  • Internal validation of the assembly process should be done on a regular basis
  • Work hand to hand with internal assembly team for the improvements
  • Create and manage internal Job Travellers.
  • Assist to monitor material shortages and escape within team to avoid line downin Manufacturing line
  • Responsible to work with internal stakeholders on customer delivery schedules
