MACA is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our global asset performance team in a permanent role based at our established and welcoming office in Welshpool, working Monday to Friday with regular site visits as required.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will lead reliability improvement initiatives, develop maintenance strategies, and enhance equipment performance across plant operations. Working closely with key stakeholders and OEMs, you will deliver reliability reports, implement condition monitoring programs, and support the development of graduate engineers.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and best-practice asset management, with a focus on driving operational reliability and performance outcomes.
