Job Description
  • Manage/write/maintain technical documentation, procedures and production documents.
  • Confers with engineers, customers, and others to discuss project and prepare documents.
  • Monitors status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
  • Ability to plan and manage projects while engaging with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Apply systematic and analytic method of problem solving based on technical decisions.
  • Work with the Engineering department to produce documents to instruct operators on set‑up, start‑up, maintenance and daily operation of products.
  • Work with production staff and engineers to develop and improve production processes to increase productivity.
  • Align the company’s engineering and production resources (both internal and external suppliers) to the daily project requirements.
