Mechanical Project Manager required to work for a reputable and award winning client to deliver exciting commercial projects across the region

Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities:

* Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects

* Programming of works, updating reports where required

* Build solid communication channels

* Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings

* Contribute to the progress of the project

* Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget

* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site

* Taking control cradle to grave

* Ability to estimate

* Design input

* Commercial acumen
