Mechanical Supervisor

Job Descriptions Ensure all plant & equipment on site are well maintained as per the individual maintenance schedules. Plan, supervise and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution. Manage and lead a team of mechanical fitters, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project objectives. Attend to repairs or breakdowns promptly and resolve in a safe manner, to ensure downtime and delays to the project are minimized. Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors and piping systems. Review and verify technical drawings, specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy during execution. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications and client requirements. Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
