Administers health insurance benefits for our members and our reps take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility. 50-60 incoming calls daily. Needs call center experience.

Work Environment
Fully onsite, shifts are between 7a-7p, 8 hours shift. Shifts are given during training in the first week. Candidates will submit a preference for 3 shifts within that time frame and typically get their first preference, but can't guarantee it. During the first 3 weeks, candidates will work 30 hours a week during training, then transition to a full 40 hours a week.
