Job Description


  • Baltimore: Mechanical PM, Electrical PM, Plumbing Designer or Engineer

  • Norfolk: Electrical PM, Mechanical Designer or Engineer, Plumbing Designer or Engineer

    • Typically, the salary range for a Designer is $-k, an Engineer is $k-k+, and a PM is $k-k+ (heavily dependent on experience, licensure, education, etc).

    Here is some other information about BKM’s recruiting goals –

    • We are targeting someone with experience designing/engineering for MEP systems of commercial (not residential) buildings

    • For a mechanical role, we are looking for experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings (key words – heating/cooling loads, pumps, chillers, fans, boilers). For an electrical role, we are looking for experience designing electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems. We do not do anything with designing products, manufacturing, robotics, computer science, or aerospace.
