Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Merchant Acquisition Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to existing or inactive sellers, understand their challenges, and convince them to rejoin and actively sell on our platform. You will play a key role in strengthening our seller network and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to sellers who have stopped selling or are inactive on the platform.
- Explain the benefits, features, and opportunities of reactivating their accounts.
- Identify sellers’ concerns and provide effective solutions to bring them back to the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and merchant feedback in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for seller reactivation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth seller experience.
