The Messenger is responsible for the timely delivery, collection, and processing of company documents, payments, and bank transactions. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments, clients, government offices, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Deposit checks to various banks
  • Update BDO passbook and monitor transactions
  • Prepare and update sales reports
  • Facilitate notarization of documents for various companies
  • Collect and deliver documents from/to employees and virtual offices
  • Process renewal of business permits for different companies
  • Collect checks from clients and ensure proper documentation
  • Route checks and important documents to appropriate departments
  • File vouchers and maintain organized records
  • Handle payment of monthly rent, utilities, and CPF contributions
