Seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Materials Characterization team. This role oversees the development, automation, and continuous improvement of analytical methods that support advanced manufacturing of high-performance rare earth permanent magnets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with materials characterization techniques such as microscopy, metallography, XRD/XRF, magnetometry, thermal analysis, and chemical testing, along with proven leadership experience in a research or laboratory environment.

• Lead and develop a team of chemists and engineers focused on materials characterization and analytical method development.
