**Description**
Leidos is seeking a Licensed MFLC Supervisor to support the Military Family & Life Counseling (MFLC) program for military base locations that are located Guam and the Middle East.
Candidate must have flexibility to support overseas employees. Must be available to work a split shift that includes 2 hours on Friday and 6 hours on Sunday.
This position may be performed remotely from the U.S. or Guam.
MFLC Supervisors are responsible for directly supervising the performance and service delivery of an assigned group of MFLC Counselors. MFLC Supervisors are generally located within, or adjacent to, the local area of the MFLCs they supervise. MFLC Supervisors may be geographically separated from the Regional Managers to whom they report.
Our staff provides Non-medical counseling (NMC) services and additional outreach services through a single DoD maintained and operated MFLC program. The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-e...
