Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven Process Engineering Manager to lead and manage process engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for driving process optimization, improving production efficiency and product quality, and supporting manufacturing projects and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement process engineering strategies to support business objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce defects
