Job Description

Key Responsibilities System Administration
  • Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 environments including production, sandbox and development instances
  • Configure and manage user roles, security permissions and access controls
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations
  • Perform regular updates, patches and upgrades to Dynamics 365
User Support and Training
  • Provide technical support to end-users resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve system adoption and efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365‑related queries and support requests
Configuration and Customization
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to meet business needs
