Job Description
Key Responsibilities System Administration
- Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 environments including production, sandbox and development instances
- Configure and manage user roles, security permissions and access controls
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations
- Perform regular updates, patches and upgrades to Dynamics 365
- Provide technical support to end-users resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve system adoption and efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365‑related queries and support requests
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to meet business needs
