Job Requirements

• late than standard working hours (check in for operations request every 1-2 hours up to 10pm - no need to work on new developments, only ops)
• reactive & independently handle a full stack project. ready to step up to solve problems (can solve obvious problems & questions before asking)
• proficient in AI tools to help independent-ness but need to have habit of checking work before submitting
• if required, OT to complete needed feature (rarely but disclaimer due to nature of work)
• 1-2 sync up by call / in office weekly, reports every few days by text
• good communication skills...
