As a key player in the logistics team, this position, reporting to the Night Linehaul Supervisor, calls for a self-driven individual with prior planning or dispatch experience. You will be tasked with planning assignments, monitoring fleet miles, and communicating effectively with customers for load arrangements, while resolving driver issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan assignments for fleet drivers and owner-operators
• Monitor vehicles to achieve mileage targets
• Communicate with clients for optimal load setups
• Assist dispatchers as needed during shifts
• Collaborate with various internal departments
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus Community College certification
• Minimum two years in planning or dispatching
