Job Description
- Develop weekly mine plans, drill and blast designs and production schedules
- Enter and validate operational data for accurate planning and reporting
- Reconcile production performance against plans and identify improvement actions
- Conduct stope performance reviews and optimisation work
- Collaborate with mining crews, geology, survey and contractors to support safe execution
- Assist with monthly and quarterly planning and reporting inputs
- Strong open pit mining experience (hard-rock gold desired)
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in production engineering, drill & blast and scheduling
- Deswik experience highly desirable
- Pit optimisation exposure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
