Mining Project Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external consultants, including mining, civil, geotechnical, electrical, and mechanical.
• Take on increasing ownership of mining and heavy industrial projects, supporting scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Provide technical and practical engineering support to mining clients, with an initial focus on underground mining operations.
• Support construction and operational activities at active mine sites, including contractor coordination and issue resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for internal and client use.
• Plan and execute fieldwork, including site visits, safety assessments, subcontractor coordination, and data collection.
• Support senior team members with client communication, proposal preparation, and pursuit of new work.
