MIS Executive (ERP Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests for assistance with ERP applications and resolve technical issues related to the system.
• Work with end-users to identify and report system bugs and suggest system enhancements to improve the user experience.
• Monitor the ERP system and ensure it is performing optimally and meeting business needs.
• Enforce MIS policies and procedures.
• Ensure MIS documentations are kept properly.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
