Responsibilities
  • Develop LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre‑training strategies and efficient RLHF, to improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.
  • Utilize MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding, strengthening search retrieval capabilities.
  • Design personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.
  • Build reliable, low‑latency online search services with large‑scale data to ensure stability and superior user experience.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Applicants who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical discipline.
