Elevate workplace safety with OSG as a Mobile Equipment Trainer & Evaluator. Based in the Pickering area, you will provide specialized training on equipment like overhead cranes and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
As part of our training delivery team, your role is crucial in implementing effective training sessions tailored to the needs of various operators. You will evaluate participants’ competencies and adapt your approach based on their experience and environment. Excellent communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with learners and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person and virtual training programs
• Conduct practical evaluations on equipment usage
• Establish engaging learning environments
• Support client experience through communication
• Handle administrative documentation effectively
Requirements:
• Certification in Forklift, Crane, or related areas
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
