What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the motor pool, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs to keep the fleet in top condition.
- Lead and supervise a team of drivers and maintenance staff.
- Develop policies and procedures for motor pool operations.
- Maintain records related to vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet transportation needs effectively.
