Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, and adapt mould dimensions and perform mould interventions in presses, including dimension change, mould troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustment.

• Application of safety instructions and technical references.
• Conformity of moulds reception and expertise at the end of curing campaigns and mould maintenance after expertise.
• Good preparation and maintenance of mould (cleaning, repair, preventive measures, assembly in press) to ensure conform envelope curing.
• Effectiveness of interventions (RFT, optimized time, etc.).
• Efficiency of interventions (utilization of resources, consumption of parts and supplies, etc.).
