Job SummaryThis is an entry-level Industrial Engineer role supporting capacity planning and capital-related analysis for HBM manufacturing。
The engineer will maintain capacity models, mid-term and long-term capacity analysis, and supporting capital planning activities such as tool capacity justification and impact analysis。
