Supervise represented Quality Inspection employees in EMAS by managing job assignments, training, and time off while assuring that Quality, Cost and Schedule goals are achieved.
Implement company Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Aero Codes.
Assist employees with computer system and documentations.
Perform area audits and interact with the production and DCMA customers.
Work with the Corrective Action team to help drive area improvements, RCCA, and employee feedback.
