Pay Rate: £22.84
Contract: 6 months
3 - Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday: 6am-12pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-MidnightAbout the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3-shift production team at 3M Aycliffe. This is a hands-on role ensuring our equipment and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to restore production quickly.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently.
