Job Description
Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC) or related technical training.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, property management, or industrial settings
Electrical: Repairing lighting, wiring, and motor controls
HVAC: Maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems
Plumbing & Civil: Handling basic plumbing, pipe repairs, and carpentry
Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), CCTV, and door access.
Reading technical manuals, using power tools, troubleshooting, and performing safety-focused repairs
