  • Technical Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UAE Facilities Management.
  • Hands‑on skill in troubleshooting HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute reactive maintenance tickets within strict SLA timeframes.
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on high‑rise building assets.
  • Ensure all site safety protocols and grooming standards are met daily.
