Multi Trader – Voids

Location: Crawley

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out void refurbishments, helping turn empty properties into safe, high-quality homes.

Key Duties

  • Strip-out kitchens, bathrooms and flooring
  • General repairs: brickwork, plastering and flooring
  • Carpentry: doors, kitchens, skirting and frames
  • Basic plumbing: taps, sanitaryware and pipework
  • Decorating, tiling and finishing works

What You'll Need

  • Strong multi-trade skills across maintenance and refurbishment
  • Ability to work independently and meet turnaround targets
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Health and safety awareness

Desirable

  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Social housing or voids experience
