Our client, a well-established Express Breakbulk Road Freight company seeks a National Operations Manager, based in Johannesburg, to ensure the smooth operational running of branches within KZN, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure operational processes and procedures are implement in all aspects of operations Manage operational targets across the business Manage the Branch in Johannesburg Oversee the operations for all 9 branches to ensure they meet their operational KPIs Develop and lead direct reports to achieve objectives.
