- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , welding engineering , metals fabrication, engineering technology, etc
- Working experience as Technical/ Vocational instructor for 3 years
- NDT (ASNT) Level-2 international certificate
- CSWIP CERTIFICATE
- Fluent in English Language
- Age less than 50 years
