Our client, a leading consultancy in the rail sector, is currently seeking an NEC Supervisor to join their expanding team in Ireland. This opportunity arises from our client's involvement in several key framework appointments and major transport programmes, including rail and light rail projects. Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking the formal role of NEC Supervisor (NEC3/NEC4) on behalf of the Client
Providing independent technical assurance across infrastructure projects and programmes
Monitoring works to ensure compliance with the Scope (Works Information), specifications, and design requirements
Identifying, recording, and managing defects, non-conformances, and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution
Reviewing contractor submissions, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and as-built re...
