Job Title: NetApp Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
  • L2/L3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex software and performance issues within NetApp storage environments.
  • ONTAP Management: Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain NetApp Data ONTAP (Cluster-Mode).
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Handle break/fix scenarios, controller replacements, and disk shelf issues.
  • Client Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the US client team to ensure data availability and storage health.
Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory Certifications
Candidates must hold at least 3 of the following certifications upon hire, and be willing to pursue the remaining 2 after onboarding:
  • NCSE (NetApp Certified Support Engineer Professional)
