Requirement/Must Have:

  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound technical support calls.
  • Experience monitoring alarm conditions and troubleshooting networks.
  • Ability to use software tools to assign and support field technicians.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to learn the OSI model.
  • Willingness to participate in team training on IP and TDM technologies.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience with a high school diploma.
  • 2 years of experience with an associate degree.
  • Experience in a call center or technical support environment.
  • Experience updating and maintaining incident tickets.
  • Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Familiarity with remote access and UNIX systems.
