Ability to handle inbound and outbound technical support calls. Experience monitoring alarm conditions and troubleshooting networks. Ability to use software tools to assign and support field technicians. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Ability to follow standard procedures and prioritize tasks. Willingness to learn the OSI model. Willingness to participate in team training on IP and TDM technologies. Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience with a high school diploma. 2 years of experience with an associate degree. Experience in a call center or technical support environment.
